Program Description

The automated outreach demo is offered as a demonstration of communication technology designed to simulate post-care follow-up interactions. The demo uses automated voice calls, voicemail messages, and, in some cases, informational SMS messages to support the demo experience and gather feedback.

All communications are informational only and are not marketing communications.

Consent to Receive Communications

By participating in this demo, you provide explicit consent to receive automated phone calls, voicemail messages, and/or SMS messages related to the demo or pilot. Consent is obtained prior to participation through direct agreement (verbal or written).

Consent is not a condition of receiving medical care or services.

Types of Communications

Participants may receive:

  • Automated voice calls using interactive voice technology

  • Automated voicemail messages if a call is not answered

  • Informational SMS messages (such as pre-call notifications or post-call follow-ups)

Message & Call Frequency

Message and call frequency is limited and may vary by participant, but generally includes:

  • One automated call attempt per demo interaction

  • A voicemail message if the call is not answered

  • Up to two related SMS messages per demo interaction

Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages.

Nature of Communications

Communications may reference a recent or simulated care experience for demonstration purposes. Communications do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be relied upon for medical decision-making.


Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of communications at any time:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance

  • Voice: Follow the opt-out instructions provided during the call or voicemail, or use the callback number provided

Once you opt out, no further automated communications will be sent for this program.

Call Monitoring & Voicemail

Calls and voicemail messages may be monitored, transcribed, or analyzed for quality assurance, system evaluation, and improvement of the automated technology.

Program Changes

Program details may change as part of ongoing testing, evaluation, or improvement of the technology. Any material changes will apply prospectively.
